Estate Sale
Identify the items you would like to sell and the items you would like to keep for the family. Sort for sale items based on general categories while assessing the value of each item.
Online Postings
Additionally we provide a service to post collectable and more valuable items in several online market places to maximize your profits. You will reach people looking for specific items you want to sell.
Everything Must Go
Once the sale is over we will provide a complete clean out of the remaining items that did not sell or need recycling or proper disposal. My team will load all the unwanted items and drop them off at the appropriate, local recycler for you. Each local recycler is vetted before hand, so you can rest assure your items will be properly handled and recycled in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Following the estate sale and clean out process, you will be provided with a comprehensive report with a line item for each item sold, including a diversion rate and detailed report of each unsold item that did not end up in the landfill.
